My cholesterol and blood pressure are back to normal!!!! WOOT! Yes, I was concerned. Yes, I feel better. Yes, I will continue to keep finding ways to manage my stress.
I worked out once last week. I’m ready to get 3-4 in this week. A few zumba classes and a workout with my trainer should do it. I also want to start running, but I’m super nervous about it. I also will not be starting it in this heat! For some reason, I want to start running outside. I feel like if I can see my goal, it might be easier to start. There is no “seeing my goal” on a treadmill.
I feel off, and a lot restless. Must schedule that massage I’ve been talking about for a year or so!
