So, I got in 3 workouts last week! Pretty excited since I only got in one workout for each of the previous 2 weeks. Not beating myself up, but I felt a little anxious about not working out more than once a week.
I think I mentally closer to beginning a running routine. I know it’s just mind over matter. When my trainer tells me to do a lap, I do it, so I know it’s possible for me to run. Again, mind over matter. I can do it. I think I need to do it.
Another thing I want to start doing is workiing out no matter where I happen to be. It’s so easy to “take a break” if you go out of town or go on vacation. You really can get a workout in anywhere.
I’m also ready to be down a SIZE! I know, I know…..I’m losing inches. I’ve lost weight. I’m ready for the next size down though. I’d like to meet that goal soon.
I’m still strong. I’m still motivated. I’m a success!!!!
