I know the title is a bit overdramatic and mostly untrue, but I had to get your attention AND say what I am really feeling.
I have had a bad food week and a half. I’ve eaten exactly what I wanted and probably more of it than what I should’ve eaten. I’m paying for it. I feel fat and bloated. Ugh.
AND I’ve only gotten in ONE workout this week so far! Feeling super anxious about that.
I’m determined not to beat myself up about any of this though. Hells busy weeks happen. You eat things you shouldn’t. It happens.
Tomorrow is another day.
