Happy Thursday, y’all!
I worked out with my trainer, G, last night. He came up with some CRAZY new ab exercise that he says I’ll get better at. Yuck. I don’t ever want to do it again, but I’m sure I’ll have to. Just like cucumbers……exercises repeat!
Anyway, G often asks me how my diet is going. Not an actual DIET, but how my eating is going. As we all know, fitness is a lifestyle. Eating the right things goes hand in hand with exercise. Well, eating right and exercise are in 5th grade right about now. They haven’t gotten to the hand-holding stage just yet. I’m working on it though. One meal at a time sometimes. Hell, one SNACK at a time sometimes.
I’ve got the exercise part down pat. Well, except for the running part that G wants me to do. I told him that I want my mind to want me to run too! I guess I have to try. Yuck. I’m psychologically against running, but that’s a whole ‘nother blog post.
Now, this is a tough time of year to be worrying about what you eat. The holidays seem to revolve around food. It will get better. It will get easier. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that those 2 statements are true! *wink*
If I don’t write again before Christmas, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! If I do, then BONUS for you!
Remember, fitness is a journey.
