WOW! Why do I feel like 2013 just snuck up on me?!? I’m excited about the strides I made in 2012 and super excited about what I can do and what I will attempt to do!
I’m not big on resolutions. I like to call them challenges or anything but resolutions. My plan is to continue my fitness journey and concentrate on my food intake. I think I’ve done very well with the fitness part, but I swear the food part is the bane of my existence!
More veggies, less carbs, more fruit, portion control, more water, less liquid calories – I know the drill. I just need to implement it.
Another thing I’m going to work on is my jogging. Ugh. My mind hates the very word jogging. My trainer wants me to do it. It would be helpful if I wanted to do it too. I’m going to make the effort though.
This is a brand new year with brand new challenges! I’m ready!
