Last week was a fantastic workout week for me! I was pleased with myself. More than pleased actually. Ridiculously giddy was more like it! Let’s review, shall we?
Tuesday – work with trainer, included 10 minutes jogging, weights, burpees, etc.
Wednesday – 10 minutes jogging, 60 minutes zumba
Friday – 14 minutes jogging, 16 minutes walking
Saturday – 60 minutes zumba
So, YES, last week was a fantastic workout week for me! This week is shaping up to be pretty good too. Last night was a high cardio tap class. We are preparing for recital, so there is lots of doing the routine over and over again. Tonight, I work out with my trainer – intrigued and freaked out as we are working out at a new location. Tomorrow, I plan to get my 30 minutes on the treadmill in. We will see how many minutes of actual jogging I can get it. Considering more treadmill on Friday morning BEFORE work, but I’ll need to get through tomorrow first! I may have to miss Saturday zumba which I’m sad about. Maybe a later zumba class and zumba on Sunday. I should probably get out and enjoy the nice weather, but y’all already know I’m not a fan of the outdoors unless it’s perfect weather.
I’ve goten some inspiration from various people and places and music over the past week or so. People just beginning their fitness journeys, people that are beasts in the gym and that special song that amps me up so that I can get that extra 4 minutes of jogging in!
