Did I mention that I am not a fan of food journaling? I think I figured out at least one of the reasons why. I’m being held accountable for what I eat. If journaling is going to work, I have to be honest. Therefore, if I really want those fries, I must write it in the journal. See where I’m going with this? I’m doing it, but I don’t have to be a super fan of it.
So, onto the positive.
I’m eating better. Smoothie for breakfast, plain tuna as a mid-morning snack, grilled chicken and salad for lunch. I’m eating better. I might even have a smoothie for dinner. I guess that depends on what I feel like cooking and what I pick up at the grocery store. I have a feeling I will be having a smoothie. Or a sodium-filled Lean Cuisine. *smirk*
I’m finally not sore! That’s definitely a plus! I thought I was going to be sore forever. Yes, I lean toward the overdramatic occasionally, but it’s my blog, so I can lean how I want!
Again, I digress.
I’m looking forward to getting a couple of good workouts in this weekend. Maybe even a bootcamp of sorts. My friend wants me to go and get tortured with her. We’ll see. I’ll keep you posted.
