As of today, my trainer left one month ago. I still miss his workouts. However, I’m losing weight on my own, and it feels good! Yes, I am using my trainer’s advice! How could I not?
What I’m trying to say is that exercising and healthy living has become my lifestyle. It’s no longer the exception. Eating some not so good is the exception. There are way more fruits and vegetables in my house. I actually was roaming the kitchen a couple of weeks ago because I wanted something snacky and couldn’t find anything unhealthy! I was shocked but secretly kind of happy that there were only good snacks to be found.
Right now, there are some heinous foods in my house. My daughter graduated from high school this past weekend, so of course we had some awesome food! There were healthy options, but there were also UNhealthy options. I no longer beat myself up over this. If I eat junk, I will feel yucky. If I eat great, I will feel great. It’s not rocket science.
Tomorrow will be the second Saturday morning in a row that I won’t be able to make it to zumba. It makes me sad. Guess I’ll just have to get myself up and go on Sunday!
