It’s been a little over a month since I’ve posted! I know y’all have missed me.
I’ve still been working out, but only seem to have been doing 2 per week for the past few weeks. I’m sure that I could come up with a million excuses, but I won’t. I also won’t beat myself up about it.
Once my daughter graduated from high school, we made our round of parties and recital was over! All of my “school year” obligations were ending for the summer (or longer), and I was ready to take somewhat of a break! Thus, the reduced gym schedule.
I’ve been doing zumba in addition to jogging. I usually run/jog on Saturday mornings before zumba, but I haven’t done that in 2 weeks. So, for the past 2 weeks, it’s been 2 zumba classes. I actually got in an extra zumba class this past Saturday.
It’s time to amp up the number of days per week that I work out! I need to get back to my jogging and add in strength training again. It’s time. I’ve had enough of a “break.”
