…..I just didn’t play as well as I could have!
After the school year and the dance year, I decided to take a break. I dialed my exercise back to 2 times per week. I’m pretty sure I started to feel the difference in fewer workouts. I truly had to find the willpower to get back on track with 3-4 workouts per week.
Last week, I got my 3 in with a few extra minutes of other workout type activities. This week, I’m working toward 4! It’s tough, but then again, it’s not. I don’t know. There are times when I just want to go home and do absolutely NOTHING workout related. I’m pretty darn sure that tonight is one of those times, but I’ve got zumba and an accountability person!
I know this is supposed to be a journey, but there are days when I just don’t wanna. That means I have to kick my own ass and make myself do it anyway.
