Good morning and Happy Wednesday! I’m determined to write more, and since I wrote yesterday, today would be more!
Water is pretty much the bane of my existence. A little harsh, but semi true. I have the hardest time getting in enough water. I have to practically trick myself into drinking water. I feel SO much better when I’m drinking plenty of water, so what the problem is?!
One of my “tricks” is to drink water on the way to work. If I can kill a small bottle on the way to work, even better. I also make sure that I am consciously paying attention to the water bottle on my desk. Like, right now, it’s staring at me….willing me to partake. I’m trying to be fully aware of that water. I don’t let it slip to the back of my mind. Conscious water drinking. LOL. I killed the water game yesterday though! It was a good feeling!
Water will help with everything else, I think. Drink more water, you don’t eat as much because you’re full of water! Drink more water, your skin will be all bright and glow-ful! Drink more water, you’ll just FEEL better! So, drink more water, Erika! Take your own advice or the advice of others.
By the way, that water bottle is still looking at you. Take a drink. (And so she did.)
